Speaker programs are an important part of a company's overall communications mix. They enable client executives to reach and influence key target markets: customers, prospects, business partners, investors, journalists and others. The result is broader exposure and heightened stature for the company, as well as increased recognition for company executives as thought leaders in their industry and the general business community.
Jones PR offers full-service speaker programs including biography development, speaker placement and speech writing. Our team members track down event details and create in-depth event profiles. We track event deadlines to make certain proposals are submitted in time for conference consideration, and we leverage our network of conference contacts in following up on submissions and driving them to successful closure. Once an engagement is confirmed, we track logistical details and prepare a speaking logistics document for each speaker. Additionally, we evaluate each opportunity post-event, ask client speakers for their insights on events and engagements and contact conference managers for feedback.
