At JONES she is our in-house go-to for all types of content creation, including messaging and positioning, thanks to her talents as a wordsmithing wizard. She has developed a strong background serving clients in the healthcare IT, fintech, digital health, medical device and printing industries, understanding well the type of content and writing needed to reach B2B audiences. Among her most recent projects were work for Yes Health, Cloudli, viiz Communications and Avanti. Her experience and expertise extends from website copy, social media content and thought leadership bylines to infographics, blog posts, checklists, annual reports, newsletters, video scripts and more. She prides herself in developing an understanding of both her clients and their customers that is matched by her attention to detail and editing skills. Her work outside of content marketing has appeared in Time, Parenting, Family Fun, Better Homes and Gardens, InfoWorld and many other magazines and newspapers. Esther recently joined the ranks of VW camper van owners.
