Quick Tip: Take Time to Focus Your Marketing Strategy (Even If It Means Setting Aside Day-to-Day for a Bit)

Quick Tip: Take Time to Focus Your Marketing Strategy (Even If It Means Setting Aside Day-to-Day for a Bit)

We have been publishing the Inbound Accelerator blog five days a week for nearly two years now, non-stop. That means we crossed the 500 post mark a few weeks ago.

We have also filled our Inbound Marketing Learning Library with more than 80 useful ebooks, reports, case studies, templates and videos.

Sometimes the relentless pace of content creation takes on a life of its own, and we forget to step back and re-examine the marketing strategy and goals we are working to achieve. So, in May, that is precisely what we are going to do.

The Inbound Accelerator will be taking a “vacation” of sorts, as we focus our efforts on developing the next round of content that will help inbound marketers increase their leads, improve lead-to-sales conversion rates, and maximize ROI on their investment in marketing automation, including HubSpot.

Does your team ever reach a point where it seems you are treading water, checking off all of the daily to-do list items, but never finding time for the intense planning that can push you to the next level in your marketing?

Our advice: Consider scheduling a time to step away from the day-to-day and dig into deep planning for the future. While we here at JONES are away from publishing new posts to the Inbound Accelerator, continue to follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, and take time to browse the Inbound Marketing Learning Library for more resources you can use. And subscribe to the Inbound Accelerator; you’ll get our next new blog post—coming June 5—delivered right to your inbox so you won’t miss a thing.
