The existing brand identity and messaging were built for traditional telecom services and couldn't effectively showcase Viiz's advanced IoT capabilities. The company needed a complete rebrand that would differentiate them in competitive technology markets and establish credibility with sophisticated B2B buyers.

JONES conducted extensive stakeholder interviews with Viiz's executive team to understand their three primary markets: Emergency Services, Customer Care and Voice-to-Cloud communications.
