Everyone loves incentives, right? When you are among the best, you get a bonus, and that should improve motivation. And, therefore, improving productivity.

In his “Puzzle of Motivation” talk, Dan Pink lays out a case for why carrot-and-stick motivators don’t work in the creative world without a clear set of rules and solutions.
I think you would agree that marketing, including the introduction of inbound marketing to your overall strategy, is not a cut-and-dried process. It takes thinking beyond the rules.
