Venngage looked at more than 120,000 blog articles to determine which numbers had the most power to inspire readers to share the posts on social media, and this is what they found: The number 10 is one of the best numbers to use in blog titles. 

Our own quick check of data largely back this up — though maybe we need to do more “top 10” lists, as “10” actually lagged “5,” “6,” and “3” in a look at which posts were most read (not shared).

Included in our 50 most-read posts on the Inbound Accelerator were five each that featured a “5,” “6,” or “3” in the title, along with three posts whose titles included “10.”
