Alignment Improves Both Marketing & Sales Results

How would you rate the alignment between your marketing department and the sales team? Do they each understand the strategies, messaging, goals and expectations of the other?
Chances are that if you have positive answers for those questions, you will also have a positive answer when asked how effective your marketing strategy is, based on the results from HubSpot’s 2017 State of Inbound Report. After all, 82 percent of respondents who have aformal service level agreement between marketing and sales also rank their marketing strategy as effective.
